 Desain Logo SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Surakarta Tahun 2012-2013, Desain yang semula hanya terdapat lambang jurusan Listrik dan Elektro sedangkan sudah ada Jurusan TKJ (Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan.Kepala  Sekolah menghendaki ada penambahan logo jurusan di Logo Sekolah maka ada sedikit perubahan di Logo Sekolah Mengenai gambar Komputer pada Logo Sekolah Menandakan bahwa di SMK Muh 3 Ska Memiliki Kompetensi di Bidang IT (Informasion dan Teknologi) dan TKJ ( Teknik Komputer Jaringan)
